HERA SRI LANKA is more than an accelerator — it’s a reclamation ritual. Designed for women and women-identifying founders in Sri Lanka, it creates a powerful space for healing, rebuilding, and rising into leadership. HERA Nigeria is a 3-week intensive, trauma-informed, cycle-aware accelerator designed specifically for Nigerian women and women-identifying founders aiming to scale their ventures to North America. This immersive experience blends emotional resilience, business strategy, and leadership development to support founders on both a personal and entrepreneurial level. Through expert mentorship, market-entry guidance, pitch development, and community circles, participants gain the clarity, confidence, and practical tools needed to navigate North American ecosystems.
